Data Deletion Instructions

Send a deletion request by email to contact@martaoryl.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. To help us locate and verify your data, please include:

• The phone number you used on WhatsApp, and/or the email of your dashboard account.
• A short note confirming you are the owner of that number or account (we may ask one verification question to prevent fraudulent requests).

If you have a dashboard account, you can also delete your bots and their conversation data directly from the dashboard, and delete the account itself from account settings.

If you only messaged one of our WhatsApp agents and have no dashboard account, you can request erasure of that conversation by emailing us as described above from, or referencing, the same phone number. You can also stop the conversation at any time by writing “stop” or by blocking the number — though that alone does not erase past messages; email us to have them deleted.

On a verified request we delete:

• Your account profile and login credentials (if any).
• Bots, agent settings, knowledge base content, and prompts you configured.
• WhatsApp conversation logs and message content associated with your number.
• Contact and demo-request details you submitted to us.

We may retain a limited subset of data where the law requires it or where we have an overriding legal basis, for example:

• Invoicing, tax, and accounting records (5–10 years under Spanish law).
• Records needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to comply with a legal obligation.

Such data is kept only for as long as strictly necessary and is then deleted. Note that data processed by Meta / WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy and deletion controls, which you manage with Meta directly.

We acknowledge requests promptly and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with GDPR. We will email you to confirm once your data has been deleted. If a request affects data held by one of our processors, we instruct them to delete it as well.
